There, where the big rock rose high into the sky,
my love to you was explained.
But you never received it.

I carved my hope and love for you into it
and you saw nothing.

You were blind, although you could see me.
My world to you was so different.
Yours was too far away, I couldn't reach it.

Now, sitting here by the rising sun,
my carved love has disappeared.
You must have rubbed it out.

Set it free,
I never want it to find me.
