Thank you for shopping at the yOni shop. We really appreciate your custom. Please read the following details before making your order to ensure you are familiar with our operation policies.

Shipping

We offer shipping using the methods currently available from Australia Post. 

International duties 

Please note that any assessed duties or local taxes are not included at the price or the shipping rate and are the responsibility of the receiver.

Shipping Times

We are a small business and we will do our best to ship orders out within two business days of receipt. On occasions this may take  a little longer.

Express Orders

As we are located in a ‘rural’ area Australia Post do not guarantee the same timing of Express shipping as you would get in a metro area. If you have an urgent order please let us know your situation via email. We will let you know what is possible and do our best to get it to you in the time frame you require.

How do I know my order has been shipped?

You will receive a shipment notification email once your order has shipped. The email will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

Presently, due to COVID disruption and lockdowns, shipping is taking much longer than usual. We can’t guarantee postage arrival times and we request your patience.

Returns and Exchanges

We believe our products have the highest quality so if you’re not 100% satisfied with an item that you have purchased from our website, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date to qualify for a refund of the purchase price of product(s) returned.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Exemption from return or exchange

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
1. We cannot accept returns on any intimate items, other than if they are somehow faulty or defective.
2. Items marked ‘Sale’ on a product page are not eligible for return or exchange. Please read final sale item descriptions carefully.  Sale
items sent back to us will not be credited back to your account so please take care in ordering.
3. Gift certificates are non-refundable.

To request a return

To return an item please email lauradoe@lauradoe.com and provide the information about your oredr and the reason for your return.  Please make sure your item is returned within our 30 Day Return Policy period.

To request an exchange

To exchange an item please email lauradoe@lauradoe.com.  Exchanges must be made within our 30-Day exchanges policy window in order to be eligible.

How should I ship my return?

In order for us to process your return as quickly as possible, please make sure to list your customer information, the items being returned and place all items in their original packaging into a secure box or envelope mailer and post to the address you will be provided with.

Processing Returns

Once we’ve received your item, we will inspect it and notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a period of 21 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

When will my payment be refunded?

Transit time back to us may take up to 10 business days (domestic) and international post will take longer. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to two weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).

Late of missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account or Paypal account. Then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact lauradoe@lauradoe.com.

Shipping for exchange products.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund, with the exemption of faulty goods.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach
you, may vary. You must use a trackable shipping service and sign on delivery. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
