In eight weeks you will have the skills you need to take back command of your pelvic floor wellness, reduce bothersome symptoms and reclaim your connection not just with your pelvic floor but with your whole experience of your inner strength and your femininity.

What will I learn during the programme?

During our eight weeks together you will:

Build a vibrant internal map of your pelvic anatomy
Research tells us that most women are doing pelvic floor exercises incorrectly.  As you create your own internal map and a strong felt sense of the key pelvic landmarks and the many muscles within, you will feel more control and more confidence that you are practicing in the most effective way.

Activate the body brain connections you need to fully embody this important part of you.
As you discover new distinctions in what you can feel you will be literally lighting up the parts of your brain needed to further increase your capacity and your feelings of pleasure and power.

Discover which exact practices are appropriate for your particular symptoms and situation.
Strengthening the pelvic floor is not the answer for everyone. Some women need to start with relaxing over-tense muscles. Find out what causes the different symptoms of pelvic floor issues and discover the best approach to reducing yours so you don’t waste time on practices that won’t help and may even cause problems. Develop a unique programme that is customised to your body.
