Individual coaching is a wonderful opportunity to discover new types of pleasure, to explore and heal what may be in the way of fully experiencing your amazing body and senses and to learn about and reconnect with your unique erotic self.

This journey consists of six hours of one on one online coaching with award winning somatic sex educator, Laura-Doe. Our sessions will focus on supporting you to access more pleasure in your everyday and/or your intimate life. We’ll discuss your intentions, wants, needs, desires and co-create a programme that is exactly right for you. This may include counselling, coaching, anatomy information, pleasure practice,  breath work, meditation, genital mapping practices, preparation for tantric ritual or other home play suggestions.

The ongoing programme allows you to commit to the benefits of a series of sessions and to work with some ‘homeplay’ exercises in between. It is available for you wherever you are located. The hours need to be used within a 4 month period.

Laura-Doe is a professional member of the Somatic Sex Educators Association of Australasia as well as corresponding associations in the UK and the US and conducts her sessions according to their code of professional conduct and ethics.
